Peter worked extremely well with the opposing counsel, he tried to save me money by settling outside of court. Unfortunately the other party was unwilling to mediate or negotiate so we ended up going to trial. Peter quickly switched gears from trying to be amicable and negotiate to creating an organized, concise, and fierce case. Obviously, your evidence is the most important factor in determining outcomes in court, but the way your evidence is presented to the judge is extremely important and that’s why you need a good attorney. Peter didn’t just see the evidence in my case file, he saw me as a whole person, he learned about my family and my experiences, he listened to my story, and was able to paint an accurate picture when we went before the judge.
