Attorney Review: If this attorney would have done his job and checked with SC he would see there is already a custody agreement in place and SC holds jurisdiction, furthermore he would have found court proceedings filed in OCT. a month before he filed his NOV 11th. Maybe if he had done his job I wouldn’t have had to spend thousands to track down his client (my ex) to have her served as she had been dodging service. I do appreciate you taking her money and I will be there to have this dismissed in person, so no need for you to file for a motion for dismissal… you can get a little bit more money out of them for showing up. Thanks. PS I only hire the best attorneys… check my records.2. Attorney Review: 100% the worst attorney I can imagine. He takes your money and then does whatever the hell he wants. I searched for my grandson for 5 years after his Dad ( my son) passed and finally found him in Virginia. Contacted Mr Bice who reassured me I had grandparents rights to visitation. I live on Long Island and made him aware that even if it meant that I couldn’t cross state lines with him that I would spend as much time in Virginia as visitation would allow me. Notice I was asking for visitation. Mr Bice filed a petition for custody which of course the child’s mother got up in arms about. The mother had put her 1st born son , this child’s sibling, my deceased sons 10 year old in a homeless shelter as the new boyfriend aka new baby daddy did not like him. When the pandemic hit and he had to leave the shelter the mother signed custody over to us in NY and never heard from her again.Her son never received a card a call no contact at all so you can imagine why I was so trying so hard to find the younger one in hopes he didn’t occur the same fate. Went into the courthouse with much hope and left with nothing but empty pockets. Mr Bice did absolutely NOTHING to help. Didn’t even go before the judge. Took my money and threw me to the curb. Had he not put the word custody perhaps the mother would have allowed some type of3. Attorney Review: David was awesome I had a custody case and he won the case for me hand over fist. Thank you David for your efforts and your team as well!4. Attorney Review: Will not fight for you like he says he will. He only wants to settle with the other side and will not fight for more or better results even after you tell him you want to fight he will continue to persuade you in the other direction to take the east way out for him! All he cares about is that he’s paid in full and not worried about the results! He puts on a good front like he wants to fight and then when it’s time to go to battle he instantly wants to settle and move on.5. Attorney Review: It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Bice and Tammy. I really appreciate all of the hard work and time they put it on my case.8. Attorney Review: David bice is nothing but the real deal. Stays in touch with his clients throughout all the hearings. Stays organized with all of the evidence. If you go into the court room and you’re up against this man, then boy are you in trouble. His presence definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. This lawyer got me full custody of my son, and couldn’t recommend a better lawyer to execute and get the job done.9. Attorney Review: My divorce was pointlessly long, drawn out, and expensive, but the Bice Law group made it hurt a lot less. After 6 months with a different terrible lawyer, David was recommended after 12 different law firms “didn’t have time” for my case. The office was always nice to me and willing to work with me. David was very upfront as to what to expect and helped me calm down many times when the opposing lawyer tried to get a rise out of me with their requests. The reason I “won” my divorce is because david explained that no one “Wins” at divorce, both parties just try to lose less. Because I was able to have that attitude when my unfaithful ex didn’t, I came out better. While there were definitely times where I felt communication could have been handled better and often conversations with David ran longer because he was typing email for other cases while we talked, I was still pleased with the outcome and it cost $2000 less than my previous lawyer wanted to charge after not doing her job.10. Attorney Review: Hands-down one of the most dishonest lawyers I have ever encountered. Opposing side used him as counsel in a custody battle, he was reprimanded by the judge for violating one of my constitutional rights, and in response stated “I was hoping we could get around that“. Once the court order was drafted had to be sent back multiple times through the guardian at Leitem because he disregarded most of what the judge said and tried to Get one over on me because I was not represented by a lawyer by completely changing some of the things that were in the court order. The only people that consider him a good attorney are people who have no moral compass. He’s rude speaks extremely slowly talks like he knows what he’s talking about but really doesn’t have any idea how to properly do his job which is why he has to resort to manipulation and violating rights and blatantly lying in court because he can’t honestly get the results that he needs.Negative Review 1 Attorney Review: 1 out of 5 stars.
