Then when I tried to contact them to get the ball rolling, there were crickets. No response. A friend of mine was helping me out and calling because I have been in the hospital. Finally, today after about three weeks of trying to get in contact, I spoke with an actual human being. Our attempts to contact were via phone and email. The individual today stated that they were no longer providing the service I needed. This could have been avoided if they had responded to our initial inquiries. I was going to have them do my will as well but not anymore.I was very excited to begin working with Promise Law after my initial consultation in August.
