Testimonials: 1. DO NOT go to Riddle and Hanna! This law office is extremely unprofessional and possibly racist. We paid their $250 consultation fee and met with a J. Riddle for less than 30 minutes. He gave me his card and told me to reach out if I had any questions or if anything changed. I had a question the very next morning because there had been a change, but they didn't respond. I sent multiple emails trying to get answers or at least confirmation that they read them, but none were ever acknowledged. I even called and was told I would hear back but never did. Every good review I've seen was posted by someone who looked entirely different from me and my husband, and the one other review from a POC was similar to mine. I'm starting to think some of the reviews on their site are fake. I wish I'd read more about this company before I chose them. They were USELESS. I made a review of their firm on my Virginia's Worst website. BLACK PEOPLE BEWARE. They Don't WANT TO HELP. THEY JUST WANT THEIR SHARE OF THE MONEY BEING STOLEN FROM YOU. Fui con ellos por un ajuste de estatus y ellos me dijeron que no podía hacerlo porque era inadmisible. Me recomendaron hacer un proceso más largo (proceso consular) que no era necesario. Varias veces mencioné que podía hacer ese proceso, ya que cumplía con los requisitos, pero me dijeron que estaba incorrecto. Al final, iniciamos el proceso del I-130 y al comenzar, tardaron más de un mes en finalizarse, a pesar de que ya les había pagado. No satisfecha con ella, decidimos acudir a otras personas especializadas en casos de inmigración. Ellos nos dijeron lo contrario y me dijeron que podía hacer un ajuste en este lugar, sin necesidad de salir del país. Como conocía los requisitos necesarios, dijeron que podía hacerlo. Obtuve mi permiso de trabajo en menos de un mes, cuando Sandra me dijo que no podía obtenerlo. Hace una semana, recibí la aprobación para el ajuste de estatus (I-485). Solo tardó ocho meses.
