Everyone there is so efficient and really does take the time to explain to you where you're at in the process. They were also honest. I was about to overpay them by like 1000 dollars before I paid, and the attorney was like, nope, you don't actually owe us that. And then he took off like 350 that he could have charged me. I appreciate that level of honesty and I'm so glad I used them. The pricing also seemed reasonable and fair. And in the end, the attorney was like, yo, I can save you another bunch of money by doing this differently, do you want to? And I was like, yes, thanks! Was not expecting that but very glad especially since I was confused and didn't get half of this stuff. Talk about great customer service!3. My husband has used Mr. Price for several family law issues, and we have been very satisfied with his work and responsiveness. Responsiveness was a HUGE problem for us with previous family law attorneys. Mr. Price is different from other family law attorneys. He is not a barracuda. He's not out to 'win' because we all know there are no winners in family court. He's out to find a reasonable solution to some tough problems, which is what anyone needs in a family attorney, in my opinion. I can't emphasize enough how satisfied we've been with him, how he listens, and how he makes us feel like we matter. We've had some of the worst experiences with other attorneys, including some who won't even return a call, and it has made us appreciate him all the more. I also love that he's honest with us, even when it is bad news that we do not want to hear. I respect that and him immensely.4. Mr. Connor is a kind and generous man! After spending months on the phone we finally contacted him. He was so kind and generous with his time to answer all the questions we have. It is nice to know that nice and warm-hearted people still exist, especially those that have knowledge about issues that are very sensitive such as legal issues
