ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Client Testimonials: 1. My name is Josh C. I had my divorce mediation with your practice nearly 2 years ago. My personal situation has changed so I just needed some quick advice to understand my position with my former spouse. Given that I used your services for my mediation, I figured that you had some basic knowledge of my situation and that you would be able to quickly reply with some direction. I had faith in the care that you have for your clients. I sent you a basic email with my question concerning a personal change of circumstance. I just wanted to know what my options are. You immediately sent my personal query directly to my former spouse’s email without informing me. My divorce was finalized more than two years ago. There was no reason to engage my former spouse with a simple question from me at this time. I believe that this was intentionally designed to create conflict and to bring in some fees for your firm, the second time around. I found it totally uncalled for, unwarranted, and lacking in empathy for your client. I have totally lost trust in your mediation practice. IN RESPONSE to the business reply on this review. I disagree that the clients are your concern. If that was the case you would have simply replied to my query that you are required to include my ex-wife if you answer my questions. I would have moved on. That would have been the thoughtful and reasonable thing to do rather than just forwarding my query to my ex-wife without notice to me.2. My name is Josh C.
