The usual, service and the cars are very good. Sales persons are helpful (they showmas many cars as you want and do not seem to mind), honest and explain the car's history and any issues, it is not all roses because even though people claim the service was "excellent", one said he only found really good quality used cars that he liked. A few customers also complained that their friends or him were not treated well when they went to the showroom. Some claimed they felt the dealership used pressure tactics. The staff at the Belt Auto Sales are fabulous, and you can easily obtain a good vehicle here. However, on the negative side, I and some others felt the service and communication not all satisfactory.
