Throughout the process his communication did not lapse.. he's very timely, typically responding to emails within 24 hours, usually much sooner. The exchange of documentation was also easy and efficient. No back and forth due to administrative mistakes, etc. He runs a tight ship and his rates are very reasonable compared to other attorneys advertising the same services. I completed the driver improvement course and received no points against my license.
