Side note: the more documentation you bring to Nanda as her client, the more ammunition you bring to the table and the better choices Nanda has to pick which angles to approach, which arguments will stick better, etc. Don't ever be afraid to ask her to explain what or why she recommends something or tell her you don't understand and ask her to explain the reasoning. She explains things very well and is more than capable to tell you the truth, in a professional, and firm, but encouraging manner. Nanda also accepts client input and adjusted her approach many times when I found very compelling reasons we needed to. She seems to want her clients to fully understand what she's looking at so they can be confident with her and be confident in yourself in your time in front of the judge. Nanda is very very good at helping you prepare to testify, if needed in your case. Nanda will help you focus during preparations and is a FAST and STRONG thinker in trial and will communicate with you on the fly if she sees something or needs some info from you during all the courtroom.activities. Preparation in advance pays big bucks so to speak so take very seriously gathering documents, pictures, statements, keeping logs, details, etc for your case. Binders of hard copy papers, pictures, digital files, emails, etc. Her office is very very good at sorting through all the evidence. Nanda, is half attorney, half therapist, half detective.
