Customer feedback- Here are the issues that need to be addressed: - Virginia Legal Aid Society disappointed client, neglecting case - Cant answer back phones, phone calls not returned - Poor Customer communication - They send you to voice mail in the other building and says there lawyers are not there and then the answering machine hangs up on you. - They are not organized - They made a mistake and then didn’t do anything to fix it - They make you feel stupid when you are asking for help - They will speak to you like they are better than you - It would have been nice to speak to a person - Do not refer here to find a lawyer for you.
