Customer Reviews: Avoid if you value integrity and your own time. Called Winchester office a week ahead and scheduled a consultation for the specified day. Called Winchester office the day of my appointment to double check that the meeting was still on and they said it was on. When I show up lawyer is MIA and is working from Leesburg. And they tell me that she only meets clients at that other location and all her Winchester calls are forwarded there. I don't know how I could've possibly known that. If at any point I was told to meet in Leesburg I would have never scheduled it. That is very unprofessional. Also wasted time and money getting there, had to find and pay for a sitter. They weren't very apologetic or accommodating about it. I'm glad in a way I ran into that issue cause - it weeded them out before more money was poured into it. If that's how they handle a consultation, I can only imagine their screws up handling the paperwork. 2/10.2. I provided detailed information in regards to my termination. I received a call back stating that they would be willing to charge me $500 for advisement. I want to know if I have a case or not I don't need advisement. This firm is wasting people's time and taking their money. What was the point of me providing all of that information if you can not give me a clear and concise answer as to whether I have a case or not?! Wrongfully terminations are tricky and you usually only have a case if the employer was discriminatory, violated a law, or terms of a contract. I'm my situation there was no violation of the law, no discrimination, and no employment contract. So tell me why this firm was SO willing to take my money if there was nothing to go on?! And you won't explain how you're going to pursue legal remedies or specifics regarding the process...Immoral. They only care about money. 1/10.3. Excellent This firm was TCAP's legal team!
