I had a phone consult and made it very clear when I made the appointment I was only trying to get information on what forms I would need to do the process myself as my divorce was not messy. But, then I spent two hours and a few hundred dollars to have the majority of my time wasted answering his personal questions of how much we make and background information that was not pertinent. Then once we were past that he kept on and said what he could help do to settle matter instead of clearly answering my basic questions. Sadly a waste of my time and money. Please remember everyone in a divorce if you can do the process pro se and file paperwork yourself you will be better off. The only people who win in a divorce cases are the attorneys. Roy Martin is a very good lawyer, I am very pleased with how fast and efficient my divorce was, I really like how Roy does divorces outside of court, it makes it so much easier and so much quicker. Thank you Mr. Martin for all your help, I highly recommend and he has great prices also. Good guy, easy to talk to. Affordable. He is a great attorney, one of the best I've worked with.
