He would never actually do the work I was asking until the last minute, but he would keep a thousand dollars for each month. I have been trying to contact him for over a month and I have not heard a response from him since. The discoveries never got done. He sounds very promising on the consultation call but the work is a different story. Your email in 48 hours sounds all good in theory. He never delivered any value, basically doing what I could have done. He is all bark and no bite. Going on day 40 and still have heard nothing back. Got a lawyer somewhere else who has gotten a judgment for $10k in one month! If you have a serious case and need a lawyer to fight for you he is not your guy, now If you have an easy case that is only filing for things he should be ok. Not worth it. Save your money get a real lawyer. We hired Chad Eubanks and paid 5k upfront to get the case started. Chad was not terrible during the beggining consultation, but once hired to get our case going as he only looked good for two days. After that, he was never prepared for anything and took so long to accomplish one simple thing. He barely communicated even after repeated efforts at follow-up, and he never listened to my concerns and always said he was busy. After 4-5 months and after retain a well-reputed firm to represent us in our divorce, we noticed Chad never filed the documents in court for us, which means we were not legally divorced yet. Once we went over with the new attorney, it was very clear that Chad never did what he outlined on the consultation and part of the retainer agreement. He refused to explain anything or respond to our concerns. The new lawyer had to redo all the work and found that we were already behind three hearings with the court during COVID, which Chad said he emailed us that he had them under control. Now, we are starting all over again, and we are losing money and some of the assets that we were trying to protect. We should have gotten a lawyer at the beginning which would have saved our money and our time and would never have been scammed by Chad. If you need an attorney, don't get Chad. This firm is failing its clients, please stay away. Chad is a scam. Chad Eubanks will take your money and give you nothing. Also, the firm will not care. Chad took advantage of my situation, and it is very sad. When I contacted your firm, Allen was my attorney. Sadly and unfortunately, he needed to left my case. I believe it was very hard for you have to take over all the cases from Alen and try not to drop the ball. I assume that at the beggining it was a little caos, since the attorneys that took Alen’s cases had to go over them, understand the cases and help Alen’s clients. Chad was my attorney and I want thank him, Les and Sue for making this process so easy for me. They were there for my needs and the emergência meetings I needed. They were very understandable on my finance at that difficult time of my life and very patient. It is very important to have trust between the attorney and the client and you will find here with Chad. I am extremely grateful for everything and definitely recommend her! I have worked with Chad Eubanks from this team to work on my divorce. He would not respond for weeks to my my questions or concerns unless I copied his team on the email. He is late to sending documentation in and did the bare minimum, essentially doing what I could have done (submitting a responce to a devorce), but with a thousand dollar price tag. And I still haven't heard from him after a month of trying to contact him and get discoveries submitted. That never got done. He sounds great during consultation but he is all bark and no bite.
