She was upfront about what to expect and what not to expect. Lawyers charge a ton to prepare documents. She can do it for the fraction of the cost and then some. It was a good opportunity for me to have her help me in this matter. Save your money! I was extremely disappointed by her services. It was extremely difficult to follow-up with her after repeated attempts to call, leave voicemails, and had to go back to her place to get paperwork. She claimed that she was using the wrong email for me. I took what she provided to another lawyer while having a 1-hour consultation. The paperwork that she prepared was woefully inadequate. She put in very little time on my behalf and has refused to return my $300. I will be filing a report with the Attorneys General Consumer Protection agency. Shame on you. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent service, she will help you get what you need. Great place to get your legal stuff taken care of. When you are getting evicted it is extremely important to file an answer. This has to happen fast, almost always before you have time to meet with an attorney. Tanya knew the proper forms required, and the structure in which to have them filled out, who gets what copy,, and she made my appearance in court over this issue a success because I was READY.
