They still provided me with valuable advice. I referred a person here who took my car for a joyride while drunk and flipped it. I do not speak to this person anymore. However, I sat through their first meeting with Michael Frans and can confirm they were satisfied with the consultation. If ever you have ever been charged with a DUI, Michael Frans is the person to get you out of it. From what I hear he is now a judge or something. Before that, he had handled around 4000 DUI cases. If this person can't help you, then you are doomed. hiring Michael Frans was the best thing after my dui. Period. If you are prepared to give this guy money and never hear from him again, this is your guy!! Never returned my call..then told me I did something wrong at pretrial.......... Told me yes we're going to trial till I came for my pre-trial, which luckily at that point I knew more about the law than he did and asked for a negligent driving ticket which holds a maximum of three months.."" and I got two months"" Glad I didn't go with the Reckless which he suggested first,, that holds up to a one-year term I might still be in jail. Mike helped me about a year ago now with a dui case I found out about him from a referral from another lawyer Barbara Bowden kept me safe from the dreaded Snohomish County courts lol , although I was personally represented by him in the beginning he still fought hard for me even his side kicks were awesome very reasonably priced in comparison to other lawyers I called I know not all cases are thee same but he got me pretty much out of everything he's a baddass!
