At the advice of my doctor and faith in the day when the law was on my side, I hired the Donchez Law Firm to represent me. They failed me. Jeff was inexperienced. The way they hooked me was to say , “my job is to make you whole again.” A year later with very little communication they found out the defendant was actually liable, but thought the defendant “looked” credible and I didn’t because I had been horribly injured. They gave up. I’m bankrupt and about to move into my car. Mercedes promised , then took maternity leave… not telling me she was pregnant when trying to get me as a client. Now I’m disabled and she just walked away; afraid of the insurance company that she requested to take my case.
