Feedback Summary: Communication is key in any business, and it is a serious concern at Hochberg & Hamar, PLLC. They completely dropped the ball on me. On 11/2025, while on the phone, I faxed critical documentation to the paralegal, and my end confirmed the fax’s success. On 12/1, I emailed the paralegal to confirm that the L&I fax was time-sensitive and whether it had everything needed. On 12/4, he replied about 1 of my questions, ignoring the time-sensitive one. On 12/5, I resend the email, but there was no response. On 12/16 & 12/29, I again sent emails, but there was no reply to the outstanding question. On 1/19, I emailed him again, but there was no response. I called the office on 1/20, only to be told the paralegal was out and that someone would call me back. The whole conversation was on a speaker phone, and my friend said that the paralegal was abusive. On 2/27, I called, only to be told nothing had been done on my case. Talking about everything I had sent, talked about, emailed...nothing was done, as if I had never contacted them. I explained the dire consequences I was facing because of their actions, but all I got was a sorry. He promised me that my case would be the #1 priority that week, and I would definitely hear back by the end of the week. On 3/6, I got a call reporting a little bit of forward motion, but the most critical matter would take a couple of months to be resolved, a couple of...
