I highly recommend him if you need legal representation I had been working with an attorney for 9 months to get custody of my granddaughter after my daughter passed away, I finally fired him and hired Mr. Davis and within a month had temp Custody and in 2 months permanent custody. Him and his office staff were very responsive to any and all of my calls or emails. I will always use him for any leangle matters that I might have. Highly recommend him. Receptionists are very nice and very helpful! Mr. Davies helped me out and did just as I asked him to.Because of road construction, hard to get to the office, though, and noisy. Or I would've given 5 stars! He helped me with a will with no extra bs and at an affordable cost. If you need to get your estate in order I highly recommend talking with Mr Davies. Highly recommended. I know a lot of lawyers and Mr. Davis is very good lawyer. Good attorney that has been in practice for decades. He has a very good reputation within the court system as being honest and fair, you will never know how important that is until you find yourself in front of a judge; the judge wont know you but he will know the attorney because he has seen him before. Yes I had a case and he listen but was brutally honest which is not what you want to hear; but what you need to hear. That is why I respect him, the courts don't care about the emotion. Mr. Davies has been our family attorney for a few years. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. His staff go out of their way to help as well. My girlfriend was recommended this lawyer for her case in child custody and he failed to complete a open and shut case. It was the simplest case you could have in custody where a man not the father suied for custody and proof was in the dna test. This lawyer had to file several times to get this case taken care of and then failed to file for the countersuite on costs. He was paid for that too but never followed through do not use this lawyer. So not only will he fail to preform his job but he’ll rack up charges that shouldn’t be there just to steal money from his clients that was not rightfully earned. The charges racked up for the cost were not neccessary or authorized on the clients behalf. This review would be zero stars if possible.
