She is absolutely wonderful, and I would recommend her services to anyone who is seeking legal assistance. Susan is very prompt, efficient, and an incredible communicator. Negligent Representation That Caused Significant Harm & Financial Devastation I hired attorney Brian Litzinger for my family law case involving a DVPO & significant risk to my child. His negligence resulted in over $25k in debt, a 6 month delay, & continued harm to my child & myself. Failure to Perform: Mr. Litzinger was hired to get my case to an adequate cause hearing. Despite billing tens of thousands & claiming to work 3 months, he never filed paperwork & never got us to the hearing. He admitted he didn't know where the paperwork was because his paralegal went on leave; while invoicing me for working on it. Incompetent Work: Every draft required extensive corrections from me. I did the legal work while paying him to get it wrong. He messed up facts, repeatedly asked for info already provided, & forced me to correct his & his paralegal's errors. Frivolous Motion: Mr. Litzinger filed a frivolous motion ... Kelsi O
