Unfortunately with my case, Max was assigned to handle my case since it had to do with legal financial obligations. I had him working on my case for 2 years. He said he would charge me $500 for the first 5 hours and $150 an hour after that. During that time, I rarely would get a phone call to update me on anything. I would call once a month to see how the progress was, but his assistant Ariana would just tell me she would give him a message. I never once got a real update or a call from him. I decided I was done waiting, since this was a case that was putting my life on hold. When I asked for my file with everything he worked on, all I got was a few email conversations he had with the prosecutor's office. I asked for my money back and was told he worked the full 5 hours on my case. There is no way that's true. It doesn't take 5 hours to send a couple emails.
