About this business

Feedback from Our Customers They were wonderful and knowledgeable, very good at explaining, and ready to help us understand in all aspects we faced and were very pleasant. Every staff we came in contact with, the lawyer, receptionist, everyone was very kind and helpful. Our lawyer was up front and honest, and we won our argument. Using them again for a second attempt on our premise argument - S.F. Rejected my request for assistance and never even explained why. Incompetent bureaucracy that can’t get anything done. - J.L. This organization has an impossible pre-screening process. Some legal matters are urgent and cannot afford a month of calling between 9:15 and 12:15am to listen to automated messages only to be hung up on due to some BS about call volume.(@9:15 at opening, still " high call volume) I finally pushed option for extention according to last name and dialed for SMITH...Miss Pearl Smith remarkably answered my call and routed me appropriately along in the process but this non profit needs efficient intake staff to actually provide the services they receive grant money to do. - D.J. These amazing attorneys and even the amazing receptionists are A HUGE BLESSING. They ACTUALLY TRULY CARE and you can see that and feel that everytime speaking with them. It is also a huge bonus that they actually know about DV situations. Me being a victim of dv, I've noticed that alot of legal help around me doesn't really understand that kind of situations or know how the abusers act. North West Justice attorneys can totally see in-between the lines when it comes to that kind of situation. I feel extremely grateful for all the help I've received and continue to receive!!! - B.T. Can't get a hold of - B.R. Didn't call me back - R.B. WEREN'T OPEN YET TO PUBLIC PROBABLY DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC!! - B.M. Called no reply directed me to a 1800 number so i guess they dont wanna help.with all the hoops ya gotta go thru. Great legal resource in Cowlitz. - L.B. Fighting for the underdogs. What's not to love? - A.S. Good food but the restaurant smelled like urine. - N.F. Helped me out in my time of need & was so concerned about me & getting my justice needs met. Thank you so very much! - R.M. Ji m - J.M. Takes forever to get an appointment for anything - S.N. A very helpful and understanding Group of people. Northwest Justice Project Longview Office
