I was a Police Officer Injured in the line of duty in 2015 after 2 months hospitalization 4 months rehab I made it back to patrol. After some serious complications in 2018 I was able to reopen my l&I case. 2 years of weekly doc appts and the run around from L&I it was affecting my family life my daily living my friends and my mental health all very negatively. I was referred to Rob Hall by a friend. Rob took my case. He handled all aspects that I couldn't kept me informed and was honest every step of the way. Not once did I feel like he and his staff did not care and not once did I fell like they were after a check. In 2022 I was awarded a state pension. Had the outcome been different I would still be writing this review. Thank you Rob Hall for the time, the attention and never backing down in this case. As for as cost Money well spent for an amazing attorney and all the staff. That's been my experience here. Took my SSI case with a smile. When I wanted an update, becuase I hadn't heard anything in weeks, they pull the, "We are not the practice that currently fits my needs" and quit card. This office is a waste of time. I would give Hall negative stars if I could. I had a case that would take a little work. He threw it out like trash, as he wants a guaranteed quick payout with as little work as possible, understandably so, but when my new lawyer did foot work we found Hall lied about phone calls he supposedly made and letters he supposedly sent. Garbage attorney. Clown Great team to work with. Never met a lawyer I liked, until today. We needed advice on an L&I claim & Mr. Hall was clear, had good advice & insight into the process. We will use him when our case gets to the point it requires a lawyer, we will definitely refer friends & family I made 3 separate appointments, they were cancelled each time due to the attorney being late. Just to look at my case. Promised each time I'd get a call. No call and I have a great claim, it's open and my Dr is asking for total disability. Always cancelled when I arrive too! I had to drive from Olympia this last time. Very unprofessional. It took almost 6 years to win my case. The ALJ would not listen to me and simply dismissed witness testimony. I certainly would have lost my case if it were not for Teal Parham's hard work and her legal brief that won me an appeal and eventually my case. They saved me. THANK YOU TEAL.
