Brian bault was amazing he handled my uncles estate he showed my uncle the upmost respect he was very professional while having patience and understanding,I was so pleased that I returned to have him draw up my will I would recommend him to everyone!!2. They handled our somewhat more complicated estate planning (including children, guardianship, business ownership and more) and answered all of our questions and concerns. Highly recommend! Heidi, Mike and everyone else were great.3. unprofessional manner lawyer and law firm My ex-partner filed a separation case online, and I was unaware that it had been initiated in Wahkiakum County, despite both of us residing in Seattle. To address this, I retained Walstead Law Firm to assist in transferring the case to King County. Despite numerous discussions with Nicole, my case failed to progress. The information provided regarding its resolution was vague and lacked transparency. Later, I was informed that the law firm had withdrawn from my case and that Nicole was no longer employed there. However, I later discovered that she remains with Walstead Law Firm, leaving me without guidance or support. I was only able to obtain my records after repeatedly reaching out on my own initiative. The firm's handling of my case was highly unprofessional, as they failed to communicate effectively, provided misleading information, and withheld necessary documentation in a timely manner.4. I called for a consultation. The person I talked to failed to understand what was needed and was demeaning no one likes to be talked down to I was made to feel insignificant. Finding an attorney is challenging enough without that.5. I had a attorney there she was great handling my son's estate, then I got a letter she was leaving the firm no attorney available in this firm so I was left to go elsewhere to rehire attorney and start all over. No money left to start over so I'm left to take the party im suing to sm claims court on my own. I am not happy with the way this firm handled my case.6. Without them I don't know what I would do they are the best they didn't want a immediate.payment on resolving my mother's estate and allowed for me to make payments and got the job done thank you so much for your service !!7. Nicole Tideman and her staff deserve the highest praise for their help solving a land issues. Megan and Joy in the office were especially great. Nicole was always upfront and professional about the process. We highly recommend Nicole Tideman.8. No callback initially but knowledgeable when my alcallback got them, but unable to help me!9. Efficient however, the price we were told by, Attorney Hanna , was a far cry from the amount we were Charged. We were informed that it would cost between $300 and $400. We ended up paying $1,000. I was not impressed.10. After my initial review below, I received a call with apologies the ball got dropped. I Gove them credit and respect for such an admission and follow-up. After the call, things went well. I would recommend them. Initial review as follows: "Don't waste your time. After speaking to assistants I was ensured a return follow up call. I've never heard from them."11. Had our will redone here. We are very happy with the service we received12. Doesn't do family law13. They are very nice and Heidi is really helpful 14. This law firm is crooked and they go around bullying and very dishonest to get their cases won, they are only in this field to be criminals and steal people's hard earned homes and belongings we are filing a grievance with the attorney general's office15. We were very pleased with how quickly Mark resolved our case. Completely stress free and very professional.
