I said the word tenant and she repeatedly told me he was not representing tenants and only landlords. I did not even state what I was referring to or the situation and she kept cutting me off. She answered the phone while talking about a check payment to someone else. Was very rude and unprofessional. When I asked if she could recommend someone else that would be more helpful, she stated she knew someone. I asked for a name and contact and she said she didn't have that information. I don't know the attorney and unfortunately would never recommend this office. Front staff are always the first experience and this lady ruined it from the moment she answered the phone.
