Asked questions initially and listened to our concerns, went over our documents, asked probing questions to understand our unique situation, reviewed our existing documents and assured us we are well-covered, presented some fairly complex trust options for future consideration, and sent us on our way - all of this at no cost. Concise, efficient, and friendly. His personality and warmth really came through, which was a pleasant surprise considering I was just expecting a busy lawyer. Will definitely consider them if/when our circumstances change. 2. Really fast - got me in the next day, price was more than reasonable for the work they did, and they also let me make payments. 3. Kyle Ray went well above and beyond for us. He listened, was comprehensive, and explained everything. We are very satisfied with the help we received. 4. Have tried contacting this firm multiple times over the past few days. I have not been able to reach them, but when I do, they take my information and say you will receive a call back in a few minutes and never do! My family had a subpar Will drawn up here, and now the person who was supposed to inherit most of what was left behind is sick and could die soon. We would like to update it since the 'will'd individual is not in good health and is on borrowed time. 5. Excellent. Knowledgeable. Helpful.
