The team was informative, patient, and honest about the process's trials. In the end, the result was everything I wanted. The kids and I have the stability and safety we require. The hard work and dedication that went into my case is visible, and I am grateful for every effort made. I would recommend this team to any parent who is navigating a difficult family law process. Communication- Terrible. Took A lot of money, and finally didn't show up to court. Showed up late in a zoom meeting, and was reprimanded by the Judge. Took over 7k for nothing. Very Unfortunate. I have found quite the opposite to be true of my experience with this law firm. The paralegal team they have are just wonderful. the lawyers, especially Donna...not so much. They are terrible at establishing a presence, structuring a case for the court room. They promise the world but they cannot deliver. I know that a lawyer studies and practices on law, but when they represent you they should know the case and structure. I started my divorce process with a different attorney who did not listen to me, communicate with me, or explain things to me. It left me feeling scared, helpless, and uncertain of the future. After reaching out to Donna, everything changed. At every step, they listened carefully, communicated promptly and clearly, and explained everything to me. They called me about contact from opposing counsel, and put my mind at ease during a stressful time. They were professional, responsive, and compassionate. I wish I had the courage to switch to them sooner. Donna and Cheryl had my best interests at heart. They completed my divorce with care and expertise, and I would recommend them to anyone. I am so grateful for everything they did for me. But the downside was the cost, I paid too much for the services. I will nonetheless give them a 5* rating.
