The attorney and paralegal delayed my case for a month, and when they resumed, there was complete miscommunication about my requests and what had been agreed upon. The attorney has told me we will not go for a quite claim deed in the first meeting, but they proceed with it after a month. They ultimately issued a refund and chose not to proceed with my case. I'm genuinely surprised they declined or failed to handle such a straightforward matter. This experience has been entirely disappointing, and NOT professional. I do not recommend this firm.4. I had the pleasure of working with Kris and I was immediately impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and patience. I highly recommend reaching out to his firm for legal services. He and his team will be my first choice for any future needs.5. Kris and his team are top notch. I am generally a very picky and discerning consumer - not easily pleased. They were competent, willing to work with me, and helped me through some of the most difficult emotional moments I can remember. You can tell they care, they have the experience, and recommend them to anyone!9. I am just going through to try and find an attorney for my divorce. However, I am very alarmed by this firm not having any kind of HIPAA value. If an attorney wrote specific details about my case on an open review forum, I would sue. I think this firm should watch and step lightly and not share personal inventory on this platform. This is a violation of privacy. The attorneys here should know that and quit responding defensively to negative reviews, and sharing private information about cases directly under the name of someone who reviewed their experience. Disciplinary Board Washington State Bar Association Aug 5, 2025 States Order on stipulation to reprimand In re Kristofer Delbert Leavitt bar #54618, states: "IT IS ORDERED that the August 5, 2025 stipulation to reprimand is approved." In the GAL report, I could not find the word "combative" an unbelievable claim made by "Alpine Family Law (Owner)" against there previous client. The GAL Nancy S. Weil in this case has misinformed the court on the record under penalty of perjury.12. My parents were getting divorced and it was a complicated case. However, our attorney, Mr. Kristopher Leavitt, and his team made the process smooth for my mother and I. We were not represented well by another attorney previously (barely worked on the case, slow communication, and super expensive). Fortunately, we found Mr. Kristopher Leavitt and his team who listened to our concerns. He is such a high class professional who works with a passion to carry out justice. I highly recommend Mr. Kristofer Leavitt. His team will communicate with you and truly care about your case to the finish. Once again, thank you so much Mr. Kris! =)13.
