Aggressive, Sharp, All bite-no bark. In all seriousness, Higbee & Associates was able to assist me in having my record sealed and was successful in having it approved. They were very professional and prompt in their response time (typically 24-48 hours). Highly recommended!! Probably the longest deal for 3-4 weeks (18 days) from what I remember. Definitely remember the name of the attorney if they fought for you as well. I had 2 cases and currently live away from the state I was convicted in, so having someone in the state to fight for my rights was a great relief. I've put their name in comments sections everywhere I can for people looking for the same thing, and if you're considering it, definitely consider Higbee & Associates. Also, their online portal is simple to navigate, their fees are reasonable for the work they put in, and they allowed me to pay in installments. Brittney and Lydia are the best! 5 Stars Subject: Unjust Legal Pursuit of a Small Veteran-Owned Business As a Gulf War veteran, I've strived to uphold the values of integrity and service in all my endeavors. It is, therefore, profoundly disheartening to find my small business, which receives a mere 110 website visitors per month, targeted by Higbee & Associates. After inadvertently displaying an Associated Press (AP) image on our website for a short period, we promptly removed it upon notification. Despite this immediate compliance, Higbee & Associates has chosen to pursue aggressive legal action, demanding fees that are grossly disproportionate to any conceivable damages.​ Given our minimal web traffic and consistent financial losses, the assertion that AP suffered significant harm from this limited exposure is, in my opinion, unfounded. It appears that Higbee & Associates employs these tactics to exploit small businesses, leveraging intimidation to extract settlements irrespective of actual impact.​ This ordeal has been both financially and emotionally taxing, especially as we navigate the challenges of bankruptcy. I urge others to remain vigilant and seek legal counsel when confronted by such practices, which I perceive to be exploitative. 1 Star Was a wealth of information.
