About this business
Feedback Summary:
Michelle Ahrens has been my family estate planning and documents creator for many years. She has been continually helpful, knowledgeable and informative all through until today. I truly appreciate her passion for working and knowledge in this sector. Thank you, Michelle!
What a nice guy. Great law firm.
Extraordinarily humane business practices in re: Mari Kim's account. She is my friend. I am deeply grateful for this level of consideration for human beings and grace extended to her!
Michelle was my divorce attorney. She was INCREDIBLE. My ex's attorney was sweating from beginning to end. He would see Michelle coming and he'd leave the room like, "No!" Michelle did not mess around. I got EVERYTHING I wanted and more from the divorce. My ex walked away with NOTHING but attorney fees. I would highly recommend her.
Peter was so informative, personable, and empathetic. I could not have asked for more. I left my consultation feeling a sense of relief that I haven't felt since my current situation began. I would recommend Peter & his firm in a heartbeat to anyone in need of their services.
Made a confusing and difficult experience so much easier to comprehend and manage. The extra follow-ups and informative email were greatly appreciated.
Ahrens has been consistently helpful with all my requests. I have been a client of hers for five years and I highly recommend her.
This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. DO NOT GIVE THIS FIRM YOUR BUSINESS.
My father recently passed away. He lived in Florida with my mom and me. And he owned some property in Washington state. We needed some help with probate because we are living in Florida.
First off, the phone consult fee was $75. The lawyer (Mogren) sounded insensitive and not interested. He said he wasn't in the area where we had property, Tacoma. He then said that our lawyer in FL who's handling probate should be able to probate the house into the one in FL. This made no sense. My mom said that the state laws would differ and that our lawyer isn't licensed to practice here. He touchily said there wasn't anything he could do. He didn't give us the specifics of the situation. He didn't refer us to anyone in their state. He just said that he was transferring us so we can pay the $75.
I don't know if this is how attorneys usually operate, but they shouldn't. He spent less than 5 minutes and charged us $75.00 and gave us no help whatsoever. I will do everything I can to make sure this firm gets bad reviews here, with the ABA, and the state bar. Try compassion the next time you speak to someone who has lost a loved one.
Ron did a great job and was very supportive
Ron Glessner was my attorney for a personal injury claim in 2012 -I found him on the internet and decided to go for a consultation since I used to live close by, in that area, he decided to take my case. Then weeks went by, there was so much paperwork and I felt like he kept on asking me the same questions many times- that was overwhelming and stressful but he put in great effort so that I could get the most out of the case. The injuries were bad. But we WON! It took a couple of weeks but I can finally breathe and not feel burdened. The staff is also very friendly meaning you can have a laugh as you wait and they also offer you some sweets. Yummy! I would highly recommend this place for anyone out there looking for a place too. Patience is key because the settlement may take a while but eventually, it will be worth it.
