Jennifer Pelton PhD, Psychologist

Dr. Jennifer Pelton is a Pomona College graduate from undergraduate school. She earned her Ph.D. in Child Clinical Psychology at the University of Georgia. During her child predoctoral internship, she was at the Stanford University School of Medicine. Her postdoctoral fellowship was at Seattle Children's Hospital, where she focused on treating eating disorders and depression. Pelton has worked solely at the private practice for the past 5 years while also being the director of the University of Washington's depression prevention program for teenagers transitioning into high school. She continues to instruct in Child Development at the School of Social Work. Pelton is also a specialist in her work with teenagers and young adults.
