Our sales team produces very high energy and holds the number one spot in the company for agents, sales units, and entire sales. The model is home to the Tech-Enabled agent, making the agent a magical one by providing customers whatever they want. The culture is very relaxed and humble, and we work hard and have a lot to offer the community. Our team has 220 people, and our location in Wallingford is fantastic with wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, and so forth. The company spirit and camaraderie are something we cherish a lot. We are locally owned and managed in this area, so we have strong roots here. I reward my free time to my dogs and families, and many of us live locally.
