Our family has been loyal customers for 30 years. Tires, batteries, windshield wipers, oil changes, wheel alignments and brakes for 3-4 vehicles annually. No more walk ins with problems for immediate service. Went in last week due to problems with older LS battery. Have had to jump it a couple of times this last week on job sites. Was told there was a 3-4 hour wait. Oil changes are now once a week with an appt. Nice to be so busy. I will no longer be looking at LS as my go to, even though we live on an island and they are about the only game in town. LS website only lets you leave a review for your store, nothing goes to corporate. How things have changed with covid as the reason.
