I went today at 7:45 to the store in Sprague and asked Joe if I can take an appointment to get my winter tires in he told me no appointment needed just come in. I bring the tires and asked Joe how long it would take and he told me an hour so I said ok and proceeded to wait. After an hour and a half I went back in and told them that they might have forgotten about my car because people have gone after me and then the front desk lady told me that they all probably had appointments. So I was confused because Joe had not mentioned anything about an appointment even though I had asked if I can make an appointment. I was waiting and the people after me were finished and then the lady told me they will pull in my car now. Which means that they are just now starting to work in it after an hour and a half and at that time there is a costumer a girl and her dog and goes inside the store. She said that she can’t wait outside because of her dog so they did her car before mine while I stood and waited. An hour and 45 minutes later I went to check on my car and they had started working on the car next to mine three people were working on it and my car had only one person working on it. I feel like this was done on purpose because I had asked what happened to my car and both Joe and the receptionist lady were looking and laughing at me. After two hours and fifteen minutes my car was finally done. Due to this experience I have vowed to never come by this store because of the rude behavior of the employees. I am not concerned about the money but I felt humiliated and that this was done on purpose.
