Angelo Nelson of North Pacific Properties rented my house to renters, one had a credit score of 641 and the other had a credit score of NA. They didn't meet income or residency requirements. Within three months there was a combustion event at the house that covered the house in greasy black soot. Angelo did a move-out report and didn't see any of the black soot. Had to go to court to get their deposit money.
