Dr. Muljat Bailey, Ph.D., Registered Clinical Psychologist, earned her doctorate in clinical psychology at Seattle Pacific University in 2011, with clinical training in various settings, including an inpatient mental hospital, university counseling centers, university-based child/parenting clinics, and community primary care clinics. Before private practice, Dr. Muljat Bailey was a Behavioral Health consultant at HealthPoint, providing psychotherapy services for adolescents and adults in a community primary care clinic. Dr. Muljat Bailey focuses on adults and teens with co-occurring psychological and medical issues, including perinatal and reproductive concerns. Dr. Muljat Bailey provides consultations to physicians and conducts psychological evaluations. Dr. Muljat Bailey was a Washington State Department of Social and Health Services Mental Incapacity Evaluator, completing psychological tests and evaluations. Recent interests and training include family building and infertility, reproductive health, pregnancy and perinatal loss, and third-party reproduction. Postpartum adjustment and support for families with multiples. Dr. Muljat Bailey helps clients using cognitive, behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches. Her goal is to help her clients navigate their feelings and goals. Clients learn coping strategies to reduce distress and improve functioning. In her free time, she explores forests and beaches in the Pacific Northwest with her children, and extended family. Dr. Muljat Bailey is a member of the American Psychological Association, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and Perinatal Support Washington. Dr. Muljat Bailey is a member of Postpartum Support International (PSI) and RESOLVE: National Infertility Association. Dr. Muljat Bailey accepts Premera Blue Cross and Lifewise insurance.
