PPM Origin Story Pacific Program Management’s inception took place at a Seattle home in 2009. During one of the country’s most significant real estate crises, an entrepreneur was inspired to make an impact in the industry. This entrepreneur sought a new way of delivering comprehensive services to address the shortcomings of project management companies that had long served the commercial realty industry. It was time to go beyond the on time and within budget success criteria. The company needed to reconsider how it perceived commercial real estate and its role in the nation's functioning. Within the next ten years, the company had grown to over 150 employees and had 16 offices nationwide. Today, PPM boasts an esteemed client list that includes technology, retail, and healthcare executives. To realize its vision to revolutionize the industry, the company hired various industry luminaries.
