Spin's Barber Shop started in a Capitol Hill basement. My long-time friend and neighbor, Matt Johnson, bought our first pair of scissors just before LL Cool J's second album dropped. Over the years, the shop's popularity has always caused its clients to return. In conclusion, the business is praised for various reasons, from the haircuts to the barbers' friendliness, which ensures a com._.
