Wag N' Wash Natural Pet Food & Grooming Review Reports for Grooming Department 1. Cooper gets his nails/glands done once a month. The entire staff is always so kind, quick, and welcoming to sweet but kinda nervous Cooper. They always bring back Cooper looking so fresh and relaxed despite his fear of grooming. I wanted to give a big shoutout to Nicholas who did Cooper's grooming. He had the best customer service and went above and beyond making my boy look so handsome! He was so good with Cooper and just the sweetest human. Thanks so much, Wag n Wash staff! We appreciate you! 2. Alex grooms my dogs- three pups, two English bull terriers and one sweet Scottish terrier. One bully is deaf, and Alex has learned to communicate with her through her sign language to keep her calm. No one has ever cared enough to do that for her so I'm so thankful. Our Scottie girl is quite sassy- she doesn’t take to everyone and the first time she met Alex she fell in love. She knows his name, so when she hears someone say “Alex” she runs to the door and barks. He’s a great groomer, he listens, is kind, and always lets me know if there is anything he’s concerned about (like a rash or hot spot). Everyone else hurts my dogs and I'd never take them somewhere else, and I've referred many Scottie owners to him online to bring their pups in. I can't say enough good things about him, but I’ll say we’re lucky he’s there, and he's a friend. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dogs.3. Maddie groomed my dogs- Pepper and Pistol, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. There was a bit of confusion leading up to the appointment, as it appeared that only Pepper was in the system. However, Brittany (the manager) quickly resolved the issue by confirming both appointments for my dogs. The front staff members were all so welcoming and friendly. Maddie did an excellent job with Pepper's cut and Pistol's nail trimming, ensuring everything was done as I wanted, including accommodating Pistol's hypoallergenic needs. When I picked up my two dogs, they were so happy and comfortable with Maddie, and it made me feel so pleased and confident in the Wag n Wash team! :) Update: Saw Holly again today and I cannot sing her praises enough! 4. I just came in with my 7 month old doodle puppy, Gus, to get groomed for the first time... 5. We love Wag N’ Wash! Me and my two mega newfies (bears) enjoy coming here cause they have the space and supplies for us to do baths ourselves, always have someone on staff to do their nails, and we’ve done full professional grooming here too. We always feel welcome, despite our 130lb size and fluff. They give us a full hour- something that I have never found elsewhere. Some of the places we used to go in the Midwest for self wash would make us leave after 15 minutes and never tell us that beforehand. We appreciate this business and literally would have to install a dog wash at our place if it wasn’t for you all! Love y'all!- Sherlock and Watson
