MultiCare Family Medicine - Spanaway Customer Feedback Dr. Lee and the whole staff at Spanaway Multicare are terrific. Takes time, listens and cares. I highly recommend Dr. Lee and his staff. Kristin and the entire staff take very good care of me!! I’ll give them a 103. They always friendly and welcome me. My PCP Emily Banks is compassionate and caring and listens to my concerns. I am so thankful I discovered her when I was searching for a provider in Multicare. No long wait time at MultiCare Family Medicine. Excellent I am lucky to have Mary Jo as my PCP,she is amazing and she is always there for me.Her and Tiffany are a great team! I had a wonderful appointment with Dr Lee. Great doctor always takes care of me. He knows his job and make you feel good just coming in. Very good man and Doctor Matthew Hartkopf Dr Emily Banks is wonderful! Highly recommend for your needs 110% I have been going to this clinic for more than half my life I have been seen from more then handfull of times and by different doctors until yesterday. Yesterday was the last straw I had an appointment. I showed up to see Doctor Bryant, which is a “fill-in doctor” as if she doesn’t have a license like the rest of the doctors, she see me in the past and it was no issue when I went in they told me my medical No longer takes MultiCare so then they told me what my fee would be overall for my visit I paid out-of-pocket for the overall visit which was over $100+ for the visit I HAD NO PROBLEM PAYING FOR MY HEALTH I went to go see the provider which knows my history. I then proceed with the follow up appointment and during the follow up appointment, I have brought it up to her that I had some paperwork for my employment that I needed it filled out. She then told me that she couldn’t fill it out cause she wasn’t my primary doctor. She was just a fill-in doctor, but yet she can do everything that a doctor was doing prior and current my point is THEY TOOK MY MONEY & PROCEED LIKE THEY CAN STILL SEE ME ONCE I GET BACK THERE IT WAS REALLY REALLY SHORT APPOINTMENT? IT WAS ONLY 10 MINUTE FOLLOW UP WITH NOTHING COMPLETED AND NO LONG-TERM TREATMENT PLAN I’M NOT SURE WHAT DOCTOR DEGREE WHERE SHE CAME FROM OR WHAT SCHOOL SHE CAME FROM BUT I KNOW 16 YEARS OF SERVING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. I HAVE NEVER EVER FELT A DOCTOR THAT WAS AS GRIMY AS THAT LADY WAS SHE IS NOT THERE FOR THE CARE OF THE PATIENTS OR THE PATIENT CARE PERIOD SAD SAD MultiCare LOST A GOOD CLIENT PERIOD Ps complaints and grievance done Dr Lee shows care patience and kindness whenever i visit and makes sure i follow up on any tests needed Debbie Turner is the ultimate professional. Debbie's care, in person or video visit is spot on identifying the cause of illness and prescribing exactly the right medication and follow up. Debbie is the only medical professional I trust without exception. Always kind and quick Professional, personal, friendly. Finally had someone to actually listen to me and help with my hand pain problems. Medication is helping enough that I can almost tolerate the pain. I always have a great experience when3v3r I need to visit Multicare Spanaway.
