Client Review: I started my court journey scared and quite frankly clueless about the entire process. As soon as I made contact with Ms. Shannon, I immediately knew she would be my representation. Her and her assistant, Robin, from the start, have made sense of this for me and made absolutely every effort to ensure I felt well informed and taken care of throughout the entire case. Her professionalism and the way she has handled both my family law case and now my domestic violence case have been nothing short of exceptional. She did an excellent job on my DV case, and I am so relieved and grateful that a chapter I have spent the last 14 years living in constant fear is over, and now I am in control of my own life. I really do not feel I can express how much that outcome means to me. If Ms. Shannon were not there to represent me, I am sincerely unsure what I would have done. It is genuinely hard for me to fathom where some of the negative reviews stem from, as this has been my opposite experience. I felt that there was a conscious effort that was always made to update me when there were updates to any matter or things needed to be done. Regardless of how busy it may appear, the office seemed to handle matters efficiently and more so timely. Sometimes, Ms. Shannon can be hard to reach. However, I find this to be acceptable due to her caseload, but at every time one of her knowledgeable assistants or her has followed up after contacting the office (Larissa); I highly recommend this law office. What I received from them was beyond my expectations, and I am just so grateful that Ms. Shannon was my representation during such a low time in my life. Dont waste your time, or money Back in January of 2024, I had my 2 youngest daughters for over a year in my care full time because their mother had abandoned them for drugs. I got a hold of Shannon because I was told she was a fathers rights attorney. When I first spoke to her on the phone she told me that my case would be an easy win and should not take much work in order to obtain full custody of my children. She then sent me a contract to which I paid the retainer and a few days later my worst nightmare started. I was getting billed 328 dollars if not more hourly and Shannon had not even filed anything in the court yet to obtain the custody. I emailed her several times over the next month or so asking why she had not filed anything or even brought me into the court. After about 5 months of emails from me and the only response was that she will not file any paperwork until my 8k bill of emails was paid in full. She then filed a notice of withdrawal within 2 weeks of me sending her an email asking what was on my bill that I was bwcuz it was so high. Another 6 months went by and I decided to just file for the full custody myself. Which in checking with the clerk of court the childrens mother did not respond to the serve or the hearing date, so by my status conference hearing, I was granted full custody of my children. Shannon is another scam artist who oxys on the fact she claims to be a father's rights lawyer. She did not represented me in any way shape or form and did not represent my best interest for my children either. Kind Regards -Father of two girls Fair and reasonable Shannon and her assistant have been fair and reasonable. I would recomend this office to anyone that needs help during the custody battle. Some of these reviews seem unfair as it seems this office is getting bad reviews before the case is even over. While my case hasn't even been filed yet they seem to be very efficient at least so far and seem to be working in my children's best interests. I like that they always answer the phone and can explain things well to me. Thank you for all your help so far Ms. Shannon and Robin. Best and most effecient. I met with Shannon roughly 6 months ago and paid her a small retainer to do a simple will. Shannon has been very unresponsive and she has not communicated with me at all for i dont know how long. It has been a waste of my money and time to hire her for a will and she doesnt seem to take it seriously. Shannon was great she was friendly knew what she was talkin about and helped me with my divorce. she knows how to get things done and her prices are low and fair. I would recommend Shannon to everyone that needs an attorney. 5 stars. Shannon has been very fair with her prices and she does not mess around. She does good work and is very knowledgeable.
