RESPONSE TO COMMENT: I wouldn't want to respond either if I did as bad a job as you did. You completely bombed it when we went to court. You know it and i definitely know because it's the truth. You may not agree but of course your going to say that. Thousands and thousands of down the drain, months of time wasted. The expectation was your were going to show up and have my back in the courtroom why you were hired and you failed miserably.2. Diane was professional and courteous, and quite expensive. But she is worth it. She helped me keep my cool through the divorce process. Explained everything in detail and made herself available for many phone calls, which a normal person would try to limit. My only regret was being Pro Se in the begging of my divorce and not hiring her sooner. I may not have “won” in court, but she did help me mediate instead of going through a potentially expensive trial, which would have irreparably damaged my business. Diane was absolutely outstanding from day one and gave me step by step what was going to happen and had a plan in case it didn’t go that way. Whenever I called she was always available and I was in a completely different state!! Money well spent and she’s a straight shooter which was the best thing about our attorney/client relationship4. This firm addressed my issue with knowledge and speed. My situation was not dragged out and they made it easy from step to step. Especially in addressing all the legal paperwork.5. Unprofessional. Don't waste your time. They made me wait two weeks for an appointment then cancelled at the last minute. Plenty of larger firms with more resources to choose from in Washington. Definitely a firm to seriously consider for professional representation. James.10. It's been almost 4 years since this firm helped me get custody of my son, Ben. In my opinion, the judge I had for my divorce trial was a man-hating judge. I had a well known and respected male attorney for my divorce trial. My son told a Psychologist he was scared of his mother and wanted to live with me. The Psychologist prepared a report and was a witness at trial reporting what my son said along with many other things my ex-wife did to Ben. I still did not get custody of Ben. I was only given visitation with Ben on an every other weekend basis. My evil ex-wife decided this was too much visitation and attempted to modify the visitation to only one weekend per month. I love Ben so so much and the thought of only seeing him one weekend per month just crushed both Ben and I. My son was depressed and was so miserable living with his mother to the point where he was cutting himself. In January of 2016, Ann Farnsworth stepped in to represent me and filed a modification so I could get custody of Ben. Ann and the staff worked tirelessly on my case. Commissioner Chavez, who I highly respect and forever appreciate, gave me temporary custody of Ben prior to trial. My ex-wife hired Jason Nelson charging her a ridiculous retainer of $7,000. I believe this is called legal larceny. Jason was cocky and so rude to Ann during the trial. Stay far away from this man. Ann did an awesome job during the trial! Judge McKay, who I also respect and forever appreciate, figured out what the truth was and didn't believe my ex-wife's lies. Judge McKay gave me custody of Ben. You might be wondering why I am writing this almost 4 years later. Ben was a mess when he came to live with me. He was 13 years old and was scared to be left alone. Ben confided with me that he had thoughts of suicide while living with his mother. He started high school at College Place High School and is in his senior year. Ben has never had a report card with anything less than an A. Now he has so many friends and involved with many extra curricular activities at school and church. Ben is full of life and wakes up excited about what the day will bring. I have had countless people come up to me and tell me what a great kid he is! Ann, Diane and the staff saved one child from destruction. I am forever grateful to Farnsworth Broderson, PLLC and highly recommend them for your Family Law needs.11. Diane Broderson and all of the staff at Farnsworth Broderson PLLC have helped my family and myself tremendously, they took the time and kept me calm Through the whole process and explained and fought for my rights as a Father , Diane spent many hours with me and went above and beyond and I’m ashamed to say I took allot of time away from her family and vacation time but she always answered that phone or email and really showed that if we lead with INTEGRITY and we do what is right always for our children then the right thing will happen and it did! She doesn't answer emails, not professional at all. She was more concerned saying hello to her friends at the court house and not focusing on her case. Interrupts people. I cant believe she has a practice.
