I had Kara Hill representing me. She didn’t do anything to help me. Whenever I asked her something, she’d push me to Casey Flores, who was aggressive and used inappropriate language. Whenever my family or I had questions or concerns, we weren’t listened to. Our views weren’t taken into account. The only time Kara communicated was when she wanted more money. When I was going for the mediation, an hour before the meeting, she emailed my parents asking for $5,000 more. This was after Casey had told us not to worry about it. We will handle that after the meeting. This shows a lack of coordination in the office. Kara works out of Davenport most of the time, and she dislikes going to court. She prefers zoom. Once, 10 minutes before a court hearing, she texted me asking if I was going to court. This was hurting. This is my life and my child I was fighting for.
