Client Feedback Recap: 1. Case: 23‑4‑00041‑22 Lincoln County Washington Superior Court MASTER EXHIBIT V‑6.66 (Kara Hill Oversight Ready) Procedural Choreography & Pre‑Signed Final Order Transmission Reveals a pattern where: - Orders were signed before judicial review - Audit trails show completion before filing - Order transmitted directly to a parent outside formal channels - Filing date does not match signature timeline - GAL and attorney signatures seem pre‑coordinated - The successor guardian was inserted without due process - This is a clear example of procedural choreography The result was arranged first, and then the legal process was applied. 2. I had Kara Hill representing me. She didn’t do anything to help me. Whenever I asked her something, she’d push me to Casey Flores, who was aggressive and used inappropriate language. Whenever my family or I had questions or concerns, we weren’t listened to. Our views weren’t taken into account. The only time Kara communicated was when she wanted more money. When I was going for the mediation, an hour before the meeting, she emailed my parents asking for $5,000 more. This was after Casey had told us not to worry about it. We will handle that after the meeting. This shows a lack of coordination in the office. Kara works out of Davenport most of the time, and she dislikes going to court. She prefers zoom. Once, 10 minutes before a court hearing, she texted me asking if I was going to court. This was hurting. This is my life and my child I was fighting for. I had to hire Christine Gallagher, who won everything I was asking for at the beginning. She believed in me and fought for me. She was the opposite of Kara. Kara treated me like she was doing me a favor by representing me. Casey talked to my entire family with contempt, adding on to the stress. Don’t ever hire The Legal Hill. 3. The Hill team is outstanding. They offer hope after tough battles. 4. Kara and her team were excellent. They helped me win my case and taught me how to co‑parent. They responded promptly and were open about proceedings. They were very detailed in their submissions. They were available after hours and weekends when I had an issue. 24/7. Highly recommended! 5. Kara and her assistant are the best. Kara was everything I needed during my custody battle. 24/7. Kara and her assistant were organized, supportive, and responsive. They always answered my queries and reassured me. Custody cases are traumatic, but Kara made them bearable.6. Kara Hill is the best attorney anyone would ever wish for. She was my guide during the tumultuous divorce process and demonstrated her outstanding skills, knowledge, and compassion for her clients. When we first met, she was very attentive, understood my situation, and offered me the best path going forward. Kara communicated well, kept me posted on every process, and handled me professionally. She had the right balance between assertiveness and diplomacy, advocating for me and more so acting in my best interest. Whenever I felt like she was overbearing, she would always explain everything clearly to me, and I always understood her. She was always well prepared, calm, and confident. She gave me peace of mind by obtaining a favorable outcome that would enable me to move forward. I would highly recommend her for any family law case. 7. Kara and her team have been excellent throughout my case. They have demonstrated deep expertise in family law as well as genuine care and compassion for my particular situation. They've been incredibly organized, kept me fully informed, and delivered an amazing outcome. Highly recommended!
