Customer Testimonials: 1. I don't normally write reviews, especially about ones I don't even get started with. Yes, that's right, I didn't even get a chance to get started with this firm to give them a zero rating if I could! I called to get a consultation, multiple times during the day, finally got in contact with a person who gave me an appointment for the next day at 5 pm with Matt. I asked her if she was sure because they close at 5 pm and it was then that she said “I will call you and confirm”, so the next day I waited until midday but there was no call from the firm so I started to call. No answer, I continued to call a few times and left a message but still no call back, at around 3:30 pm I tried again and finally got a lady who answered and she said she got my message earlier to “cancel” I said to her that my message was confirming my appointment at 5 pm not cancelling my appointment, she said “oh” I will put you back on the schedule with Matt. She assured me that I was back on schedule with Matt at 5 pm and he will call me for consultation. Matt never called. The next day, all day I called and left a message to call me back and that Matt never called me for my consultation. I never received a call back from the firm. If they cannot even answer the main phone line all day long or return messages how can they even provide services I pay for? I would not be able to trust them for my legal services2. We are grateful to have Tessa represent our daughter in Family Law. Bottom line was great results from the courtroom. Would use again, recommended!3. Great Attorneys and easy to work with. They helped me with modifying my existing child custody agreement. Strongly recommend.4. BEAWARE OF THIS UNTRUSTWORTHY LAW FIRM!!!Paid them a retainer fee for services and had 1 phone conversation with them and haven't heard from them since.
