Feedback summary: Amanda and Alicia did an amazing job. They were both kind, thoughtful, and wise in their roles. Amanda was successful in humanizing a very unnatural situation. Alicia was a steady hand and was consistent with all the skills needed to push forward. Natasha’s drive and kindhearted demeanor was relaxing and relieving. I appreciate this team’s methodology to settling and solving problems. I’ve used this firm twice. The receptionist was friendly and helped me a lot. I was teamed up with Matthey and Patricia who were fantastic. They were professional, compassionate, and forthcoming with every contact. They handled it all quickly, even giving me some of the retainer refunded. I would use this firm again on a heartbeat. Patricia Barns was professional, compassionate. and helpful every step. She made everything seem clear and manageable. I hired this firm to handle a family law case, expecting them to fight for my rights and legal representation. The lawyer I hired assured me they would be personally involved in discussing, meeting with opposing counsel, and securing child. That did not happen. I chose the cut rate where the clerk would be required to process most of the paperwork, with the attorney only auditing. Unfortunately, the attorney seemed always unprepared and was barely able to communicate or show professionalism. During a very crucial meeting, I was left to speak for myself as the attorney was unable to grasp the details of the case. No matter how hard they tried to charge me above 15000 USD, the value of the service was not competitive. The firm did not commit as much as expected for the process. All of my docuents were sent mistakenly to a random person, including copies of the court files, but they did not even apologize. Although attorneys can't predict, they should be prepared, and show genuine effort. I'm writing this review to warn others, hoping they may find better representation. Georgia and Alicia saved our family. We had been trapped in lies from the other party and court cases took a huge toll on almost affectiing the entire family. They listened to the needs of the child and took charge when emotions went high, I will always refer them. They helped me a lot and no one has ever helped me like them. While the court may be difficult sometimes, they always show up for it and this is something that I will forever appreciate about them.
