We have had a lot of irrigation system leaks, and they have come out quickly to assess and repair. Jackson stays in touch with updates as repairs or projects are done. We receive an estimate prior to work being done, and they are thorough. I have been impressed with their response time, communication and work. The pricing is very reasonable. There are no “surprise” charges. They have treated us courteously and fairly. 2. Have done amazing work , and have done a great job at keeping our lawn green and lush, highly recommend. 3. We were disappointed with this company. They behaved more as a mowing service than lawn care. They allowed lots of weeds to grow on our lawns and needed to be asked to take care of them. They only spot treated the weeds and did not apply any weed and feed. Also, they did not follow our requests for shrub trimming and trimmed shrubs that should not have been cut. The owner, Jackson, is a pleasant guy who promises much and does not deliver on his promises. 4. Where The Grass Is Greener did an excellent job of power washing and resanding my patio pavers and walk way. The men were professional, very thorough. Job well done, thank you! 5. Jackson quickly responded with a very reasonable on site bid to do thatching aerate spread top soil and seed our 37 year old front yard. They showed up early the next morning did an amazing job.. very professional very friendly crew. Job done very thorough and clean up was amazing. They will be back later this fall to help us with a side hill full of blackberries! I would recommend this company highly. 8.
