That's what our journey with Simple Lawns Landscape Design was like. The person who came out to our home to give us an estimate made the project sound too good to be true. He showed us pictures of what a "close-out" looked like, showing us nine boulders, dry creek riverbed, and soil tilled. We paid nearly a $3,000 deposit and were told that they would be out the following Friday. The company called and said that they got sick and wouldn't be able to make it. Monday morning without any communication, we heard a loud noise and saw my son looking out the sliding door in panic. The crew was there and needed further assistance. Now that the job is done, what we got looks nothing like what we paid for in the pictures. We were told that there would be nine boulders, but there are only three. The soil wasn't tilled. Nobody walked us through the dry creek riverbed's design, leaving us with a shock at what we saw after the crew completed the work. We immediately brought this to their attention. A person claiming to be the project manager came out, looked at the work and talked to us. He said that they would make it all right. All that we have from them is radio silence. INTERRUPTION. We still don't have a date when they're coming back to fix the work they did.
