The attorney (Adam) often failed to return calls or update me, and his staff was not helpful. Most of my scheduled calls were rushed, lasting only a few minutes, with little advice given. When I tried to adjust child support, I presented two years of pay stubs and insurance, but the firm questioned their accuracy. They even contacted a separate employer instead of using official documents to verify my pay. When I told them this, they still didn’t listen. The firm did not respond to my emails, yet they kept billing me. When they withdrew as counsel, they charged me for preparing their own withdrawal. Even after leaving, they reminded me of a meeting on their calendar and charged me. The firm was unresponsive and kept charging me. This final bill made me feel ripped off. My experience was negative, disappointing, and unprofessional. The firm’s communication was poor, accountability was poor, and I felt abandoned.7. I would recommend Resolute Law Firm in Yakima; I hired Adam for a protective order, and it was okay. The case sat for months, showing no sense of urgency, no direct answers to my questions, no progress made, and no response. I was billed for the emails and phone calls that were unanswered, which is robbery. My case records show that his representation was all about billing hours. The firm’s billing is questionable, with double charges on the bill, no refund, and misleading statements. The process was dismal and draining. The representation was average, and the billing was another problem. Adam would represent me in future cases if he stopped focusing on billing to represent me. This negative representation has stained my image of legal services.8. Don was wonderful, as always, in the divorce of my son. Resolute is about family and professionalism. 10/10 for you Don.13. Update 9/22/24 Resolute has not responded to my calls for four months. This is unfair. My friend advised me to try them after we unsuccessfully reached Justice Law Yakima. I spoke to a receptionist who said I would be contacted a week later. I waited, but I did not receive any call. I followed up after a week, and she insisted that the attorney was busy. However, I am very patient, but this has taken too long without feedback. During my hard times, I needed legal help, and from the advert I saw, Resolute Law is the firm to contact.
