About this business
Sunlight Law PLLC Customer Reviews: Sunlight Law PLLC experience was very uncomfortable; I called them seeking an employment attorney and mentioned that I've been under severe stress. I felt the representative was impatient on the call, and they paused every time I went off-topic. Instead of talking about my legal needs, the representative started asking about my mental health history. Have you seen a therapist? Have you ever received counseling for your depression? These might have been the right questions to ask, but I felt they were uncalled for and could have been handled better. I was expecting someone to listen to me, provide some understanding and reassurance, but instead, they made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I wouldn't recommend their services based on this experience. It is advisable to update your listings and websites. They do not do any civil litigation, and you might have to call them to confirm. If you understand the hassle of calling and talking to lawyers, then you can relate to me because it is quite tedious to be unable to read what kind of cases they undertake from their bio. I hope I get someone who can at least defend and represent their clients better. They are very open, honest, and straightforward with their capability and strength. Attorney favian Valencia has so far helped two of my siblings, one with his divorce and the other one with a different case. I recommend this attorney. Sunlight's bilingual staff is very professional. I visited them after a car accident, and their staff was very informative. I found relaxation through their knowledge, and my problems were solved. I will recommend them to anyone. I was wrongfully terminated by my previous employer, and Sunlight firm managed to take them to court and I won. They are a competent and very friendly team to work with; their staff were all open and very professional. Favian was my attorney, which makes it very easy for me; they all have their clients at heart. I hired the firm for my immigration case, but they have no understanding consulate processing. They applied for my I-601A before going to Juarez in 2018. Upon my interview in Juarez, the official told me I needed another waiver (I-601) since I came with my daughter. I contacted Favian's office immediately so that they could appeal, but they declined, telling me they could not help and recommending other lawyers. Luckily, I managed to hire a different lawyer (Tamerton Granados), and I paid for the waiver that saw me come back home after ten months. My advice is when seeking consulate processing, finding another lawyer. Favian was of great help when I needed legal assistance. I called him, and he gave me the help I needed promptly. He is an excellent person to work with. Favian Valencia, the founders, has been my close acquittance; we met at the prestigious Trial Lawyers College in Wyoming, where we spent a month training. It was a highly emotional and charged psychodrama training. I saw him solve rising issues by putting himself on the front line to find workable solutions. At times when everyone was bed, he was giving yoga classes, which grew popular. He is an attorney that I would entrust my case to in any law firm. Passionate, caring, hardworking, and intelligent. He is a man of his words.
