These might have been the right questions to ask, but I felt they were uncalled for and could have been handled better. I was expecting someone to listen to me, provide some understanding and reassurance, but instead, they made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I wouldn't recommend their services based on this experience. It is advisable to update your listings and websites. They do not do any civil litigation, and you might have to call them to confirm.
