The staff wanted a lot of personal information to determine if my issue was in their wheelhouse and I handed over a lot of details. They promised to follow up, but they never did. Other law firms I reached out to let me know upfront if they could assist me and what their services were. They also told me that if they couldn’t help me, they could refer me to another lawyer who could. That kind of transparency is very important to me. The lack of follow-up was the most concerning part of this interaction. 2.  The best advice I can give someone considering Tyler is to hire them. We hired Tyler for a personal injury case and were over the moon with the results.
