Align Remodeling & Construction LLC (Customer feedback summary): 1. Excellent communication and the work was finished in a timely manner. Both Kim and Nick were excellent to work with. We love our new shower! Timely responses, and the workmanship is impressive! We will be reaching out to them for other remodeling projects in the future!2. We used Align Remodeling and Construction for several projects, indoors and out, on a home we purchased last fall. Kim and Nick were great to work with and we are very happy with all of the finished work! Kim had great design ideas and listened to what we were looking for. Nick is thorough and professional in the various areas of work he does.

We don't currently live in the area, so to have Kim and Nick there to get the work scheduled and completed was great. We highly recommend using Align Remodeling and Construction and working with Kim and Nick!3. A 5 star outfit. Top notch skills, professional and friendly!4. This is our 4th project that Nick has done for us. We can't say enough about the quality and attention to detail of the work that was done. The phrase " This is money well spent " doesn't say enough about how much we have enjoyed working with Align Remodeling & Construction. Nick is so professional and knowledgeable and Kim's designs are amazing. Truly a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone needing or wanting to do a remodel.5. We went from an old cast iron tub to this amazing new walk in shower. Align's team did a great job! I would highly recommend them for anyone's bathroom remodel!6. Tried calling a couple of times between 8 and 9am. No one picks up the phone. Gave 3 stars because I have no idea how they are to work with once you get ahold of them.7. From beginning to end, this was a company that was not only a pleasure to work with, but that provided us with a beautiful finished product - replacement of our lower level shower, fixtures, and shower door, as well as a new vanity/sink. They also replaced all of our light fixtures. We immediately liked Kim and Nick - super experienced and knowledgeable and extremely easy to communicate with. They started work exactly when they said they would and finished a day earlier than the projected date. There were a couple post-completion requests we made and they were super quick to come in and take care of those. Also, out of three quotes, not only did Align's come in the lowest, but their quote was returned the fastest. We highly recommend using Align Remodeling for your bathroom renovation.8. We love how our master bath total remodel turned out! No more early 90's tile and "blush" tub & shower surround. Kim came up with a design that worked in our space and was quick answering questions. Nick was so tidy, detailed and does great work. They were great with communication, keeping us posted along the way. We would use them again and highly recommend!9. I had both bathrooms remodeled and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Nick's quality of the work is outstanding—everything was done with great attention to detail and craftsmanship.

What really stood out was how clean and organized the process was. The work area was kept neat and tidy throughout the project, which made a big difference in day-to-day life while the remodel was underway.

On top of that, he and Kim are great to work with—professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with from start to finish.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality work and a smooth, stress-free remodeling experience.10. The final result exceeded expectations and transformed a tiny bathroom into a beautiful and functional space that I’m excited to use every day!11. Kim and Nick were a great duo to work with. Nick is very thorough with his work which left us which a phenomenal result, especially in a house that I know has no straight walls. He made it seem less. Carmenn M.14. The restroom remodel completed by Align Remodeling fully met our expectations at a reasonable cost. The quality was excellent, and the installation was effective and completed in less time than originally estimated. I appreciated that Nick considered all the plumbing issues and provided all new shutoff valves and drain piping so there would not be future issues. Estimates and communications by Kim were also excellent.15. Such an awesome experience! We had two bathrooms remodeled.
